The Tail of Two Bakeries
Two of our favorite treats around
This Is A Tale Of Two Bakeries
Both of which we love!
Imagine walking into a bakery and finding a dog hair on the table or the floor?!!? Now imagine walking into a bakery and so many humans have their dogs with them!
Sounds like a cafe on the sidewalks of Paris. Every pup finding a fun walk down the street to sit and chill with all the other pups while their humans enjoy an espresso and croissant. I could get on board with that.
However, the streets of Paris are not what we are talking about. This is the Farmington Valley after all. Probably second best to France.
So back to the dog hair and dogs in the bakery…
The second I walked in the treats looked so delicious that I wanted to eat them all!!!

How could you not want to just bite into that! Something tells me that we probably could and they would probably be pretty tasty. Thing is, silly humans, this bakery is for dogs.

This bakery, this one is Woof Gang CT. and they are so much more than just a bakery.
Woof Gang CT currently has two locations. One of which is right here in Canton at the Shoppes. Next door to Kindred and Crew and across from Golf Round 18. Their other location in West Hartford.
So what else do they offer?
Grooming
Full Spa Treatments
Pet Supplies
Treats
Toys
Dog food and more!

However…
While Woof Gang would surely be one of the top furry friend bakeries around, so far, our favorite human treat bakery would have to be…
Wait for it, Wait for it….

We Challenge you to stop in to one or both of these sweet places. (see what we did there, “sweet places” - dad jokes for days) Let us know what you think.
Last But Not Least - Your Free Bagels For A Year!
Who wants a free bagel every day for a year? I don’t know about you all but a bagel a day would keep my bad vibes away!
And that’s just what you will get starting this Sunday! Question is “where”?
Well, the Blue House Bagel Co. obviously… 😄
Now, here’s the thing though, we can’t tell you if that bagel a day will be delicious or a lump of hard dough. We will say that we ARE bagel lovers and have this feeling that the Blue House Bagel Co will be crushing it at all levels.
While we have our questions, like “How will their salt bagel be?” “Will their egg and cheese breakfast sandwich compete or beat a couple other locals?” “are their bagels boiled?”
The list goes on. All we do know is that we are excited to find answers to all of the above and to share what we think.
OH! And you want to know how to get a free bagel every day for the next year?
You just have to be one of the first 25 customers are their Grand Opening this Sunday at 10AM. I won’t lie, part of me wants to go get in line right now.
Okay, one more thing we could really use some help on, and that’s shining a little more light on a precious little girl named Ari. Ari has began life battling with Cystic Fibrosis which will be a life long battle. Thing is, we need to do everything we can to make sure that life is a long one for sure.
If you could help in any way, that would be really incredible for her and her family. Even if you are unable to help financially right now, you could share the link with friends and family members.
Every bit of help means the world.
